The stylishly furnished rooms are a cozy retreat after a day full of Tatra adventures. The tasteful interior, natural tones, and ample space create an environment where families can simply relax. Parents will appreciate the practical solutions and amenities tailored for families with children, ensuring they have everything they need for a family vacation right at their fingertips. Here, children can recharge their energy after a full day for more adventures, while parents enjoy comfort without unnecessary worries.

Double Room
Double rooms are a pleasant choice for couples, individuals, and parents with a small child. We offer both exclusive and standard rooms, which differ in layout, amenities, and view. Depending on availability, you can choose a room with or without an extra bed, with a view of the High Tatras or the hotel’s surroundings.
Selected rooms can be connected to an adjacent room, which will be especially appreciated by families who want more space while staying close to each other.
Family Room
Family rooms are created by connecting two double rooms with an interior connecting door, offering more space, privacy, and comfort for parents and children staying together. Each part of the room also has a separate entrance from the hotel hallway, providing families with a practical and flexible solution throughout their entire vacation.
All rooms are available in both exclusive and standard versions, with or without an extra bed, and with a view of the High Tatras or the hotel’s surroundings. Thanks to these various options, you can choose the accommodations that best suit your family’s needs.
Family Suite
For families with children, the hotel also offers a family suite, which provides more space, privacy, and comfort during your vacation together. The suite has one shared entrance and two separate bedrooms, making it suitable for larger families of up to 6 people.
Your stay will be made even more enjoyable by the beautiful view of the Tatra peaks and the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a moment of relaxation, or a peaceful evening after a day full of adventures.
Family Apartment
The family apartment offers generous space, comfort, and beautiful views of the High Tatras. Located on the upper floors, this 50 m² apartment provides a comfortable setting for families with children as well as larger family groups of up to 6 people.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom, a separate living room with extra beds, a closet, a spacious bathroom, and two toilets. Thanks to its well-thought-out layout, both parents and children have plenty of space to relax, go about their daily activities, and enjoy a peaceful evening after a day of adventures in the Tatras. The extra space also comfortably accommodates a crib for the youngest guests.
Water World 4 Elements Aqua
4 Elements Aqua combines water fun, relaxation and wellness under one roof. Guests have unlimited access to the water and sauna world during their stay, where there is a relaxation pool with an area of almost 100 m2, a children's pool, a 30-metre water slide, slides for the little ones, a whirlpool and three saunas.
Families with children can enjoy time together by the water, while adults can also make use of a separate wellness area just for quiet relaxation. The Pool Bar with drinks, comfortable sun loungers and a pleasant seating area will take care of the holiday atmosphere. 4 Elements Aqua is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
Massages 4 Elements Day Spa
4 Elements Day Spa is a space for relaxation, regeneration and moments that belong only to you during your family holiday. In a cosy environment you can indulge in massages and treatments inspired by the balance of the 4 elements, which help to relax the body, calm the mind and recharge the energy.
There are also massages for children on offer, so that even the youngest guests can enjoy their own relaxing experience. Parents can indulge in a massage together with their children in the double massage room, where everyone has their own space to relax and enjoy a pleasant regeneration.4 Elements Day Spa is open on weekdays from 14:00 to 22:00, on weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 22:00.
During your massage, children aged 4 years and over will be looked after by the staff in the MiniMe children's corner free of charge.
4 Elements Wellness (adults only)
For moments of undisturbed relaxation, the hotel also has a separate wellness area with adults-only access. In the pleasant underground areas you will find a quiet place to relax after a day in the Tatras, by the pools or during family activities.
The wellness offers a herbal and citrus steam sauna, two dry saunas, two tepidariums, a cooling pool and a shower world. It is open daily from 14:00 to 22:00 and it is recommended to book your entrance in advance.
Dine with view of the Tatras
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel restaurant with a beautiful view of the peaks of the High Tatras.
Park Hotel Restaurant
The Park Restaurant offers a wide range of good food for both young and old guests. In the morning and in the evening, a rich buffet with main courses, side dishes, soups, salads and desserts is prepared so that every member of the family can find something to their liking. Children will also enjoy their own children's buffet, from which they can choose and scoop up exactly what they fancy.
We also think of guests with different dietary needs, so you will also find lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian dishes on the menu. During the summer, you can indulge in grilled specialties, lunch menus and chef-prepared dishes. The restaurant's pleasant ambience is complemented by a wide selection of drinks and a wine list for when parents want to enjoy a glass of fine wine with their holiday dinner.
WCT Bar, Bowling Bar & Wine Bar
WCT bar is a pleasant place for relaxation, coffee and family fun after a day in the Tatras. The modern bowling bar is connected with a café, wine salon, summer terrace and a separate GameZone, so everyone will find their own way to enjoy their free time.
Parents can enjoy quality coffee, tea, a glass of wine or a quiet sit in the wine lounge, while older children can have fun playing games or in the GameZone. We can also prepare a late dinner if you like and you can book bowling directly at the bar.

The children's playground at the hotel is a pleasant place to play in the fresh air with a beautiful view of the Tatra peaks. Children will enjoy the exercise and fun, while parents can slow down for a while and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

With us you can enjoy fun in all weathers. The animation programme is designed to offer both outdoor activities in good weather and full-fledged indoor alternatives, all under the guidance of a top animation team.
MiniMe - a two-storey children's world for young and old
The MiniMe will keep children entertained from morning till night. From a large climbing frame, slide and ball pool to motorbike racing, a playhouse, climbing wall and other popular activities, a space full of movement, play and exploration awaits them on two floors. It's a place where young and older guests alike will find their own way to have fun no matter what the weather.
The varied programme is looked after by staff trained by a child psychologist, who prepare games, competitions and fun activities for the children. Parents can entrust children aged 4 years and older to the care of our team while they enjoy a moment to themselves with a coffee, a massage or relaxation in the wellness area. The MiniMe is open daily from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm and guests staying at the MiniMe are admitted free of charge.
Foodie Culinary Studio
Foodie is a culinary studio with professional equipment and a capacity for 15 people, where cooking turns into an experience for children and adults. Under the guidance of the chef, adults will try out recipes from world cuisines as well as tips from traditional gastronomy, which they can take home as inspiration.
For children, cooking is prepared in cooperation with the chef and animators. A work area with a raised stage allows even smaller children to get involved so they can safely try their hand at preparing simple recipes. Foodie is also a great space for children's parties or corporate team building. Dates must be booked in advance (according to the hotel's current price list).
Creative workshops ArtClub
ArtClub is a creative studio where children engage their imagination, skilful hands and the joy of creating. Under the guidance of tutors, they will try bracelet making, woodworking, painting on textiles and other creative activities where they will discover what they can create with their own hands.
Parents can join in together with their children and enjoy their time together in a different way, in a calmer, creative way and with a nice memory of their holidays in the Tatras. From the ArtClub, children will take away not only their own creations, but also the joy of having created them themselves. It is necessary to register for the courses in advance (according to the current price list).
MediaTro Hotel Cinema
When it's time to unwind after a day of adventure, the hotel's cinema offers an enjoyable programme for the whole family. On weekends, themed stays and holidays, there are fairy tales for the little ones and family films for older children, teenagers and adults. Popcorn is available during screenings free of charge to give the movie night the right atmosphere.
The hotel cinema has a capacity of 25 people and screenings are free for guests.
GameZone
In the GameZone, older children and adults alike will enjoy X-Box, air-hockey, table football and darts. A separate games room connected to the Bowling Bar is ideal for rainy afternoons, family tournaments or evening entertainment after a day in the Tatras. Attractions are charged with coins worth € 0.50 or € 1.00. Just choose your game and the fun can begin.
